Ro Sommernes assists Hunter Group ASA

Ro Sommernes has assisted Hunter Group ASA with a private placement, where the company raised 650 million NOK, in order to ensure financing of the Hunter Group’s shipbuilding program. Our contribution was related to developing information and prospects regarding the company, to potential investors concerning the private placement and the following repair offering (cancelled).
