Ro Sommernes assists a real estate syndicate

Ro Sommernes has assisted a syndicate arranged by Oslo Finans AS which bought the property of Kirkegata 9 / Kongens gate 8 in Oslo.

The transaction is completed as a "club deal" with four investors, where UNION Real Estate Fund III and FRAM Eiendom being cornerstone investors in the project.

Kirkegata 9 / Kongens gate 8 has an attractive location in Oslo and is fully rented out to Statsbygg and Telenor. Today the property is used by the Ministry of Fish and Nutrition. The property consists of 19,345 square meters and a plot area of 2,166 square meters.

Ro Sommernes’ team has consisted of Nils Petter Hansson, Ole Johan Stensli, Tuva Wolff Eikrem, Marlene D. Eriksen and Håkon Hellerud.
