Ro Sommernes assists 2020 Bulkers Ltd.

Ro Sommernes has assisted 2020 Bulkers Ltd. with financing and delivery of eight Newcastlemax Dry Bulk Carriers from New Times Shipbuilding in China.

Ro Sommernes has assisted the company with financing of the vessels, which included bank financing and sale & leaseback-financing, follow-up and review of the building contracts, and provided advice in relation to delivery of the vessels. Our team has consisted of Ole Johan Stensli, Katinka Wikborg and Håkon Hellerud, all part of the shipping, offshore and finance department.
