Ida Kollenborg Pettersson

Kollenborg Pettersson practices across multiple legal disciplines, with a primary focus on restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy proceedings. She serves as a trustee for Asker and Bærum District Court and also provides advice on matters relating to contract law, real estate, and inheritance and estate administration. She has particularly extensive experience with bankruptcy law, assisting both creditors and businesses facing financial difficulties. Kollenborg Pettersson also has broad expertise in inheritance and estate law and regularly undertakes assignments as a trustee in bankruptcy estates, deceased estates, and community property divisions for the courts. In addition, she has experience acting as both a defense lawyer and an assisting counsel in criminal cases.

Ida Kollenborg Pettersson holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo (2011) and was admitted to the bar in 2014. Pettersson joined Ro Sommernes as a partner in January 2026. She previously served as a partner at Kco Advokater, where she began her career as an associate in 2012.
