Håvard Wiker

Wiker works with business law in general, focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring and debt negotiations. He is head of the firm's insolvency and restructuring department and is regularly appointed as trustee by the Probate and Bankruptcy Courts in Norway.

Håvard Wiker graduated from the University of Oslo in 1992 with a Master of Laws. Wiker started as an associate in Ro Sommernes in 1993 and joined the firm as partner in 1996. Håvard Wiker has for the last 16 years been a member of the Norwegian Bar Association’s committee of bankruptcy, lien, enforcement and debt recovery, and chair of the committee for the last six years.
