Cathrine K. Thøgersen

Thøgersen primarily works in the areas of restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy proceedings. She also assists with the enforcement sale of real property, as well as matters relating to inheritance and estate administration.

Cathrine K. Thøgersen holds a Cand.jur. degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo (2004). She joined Ro Sommernes as an associate in January 2026. Thøgersen has prior experience from the public sector, as well as extensive experience and expertise from Eiendomsmegler Krogsveen AS, where she served as a legal adviser and was responsible for the settlement and completion of major real estate transactions. She is licensed by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) to use the title “Ansvarlig megler”.
