Caroline Lomsdalen Bendixen

Through her time at Ro Sommernes, Caroline has gained extensive experience with bankruptcy proceedings, reconstructions and restructuring of companies, and she regularly assists clients who are experiencing financial challenges. In connection with Caroline's work with bankruptcy and restructuring of companies, Caroline regularly works with labour law challenges related to the reorganization and transfer of businesses, including her in-depth knowledge of, among other things, the wage guarantee scheme and employees' rights in bankruptcy and business transfers.

Caroline wrote her master's thesis in labour law entitled "Employees' right to continue in employment upon termination and dismissal". She has also taken courses at the University of Oslo in both individual and collective labour law.
